In the early spring of 2020, we gathered our nearly 100 foremen and superintendents for our annual supervisory meeting. While we have held these meetings in the past, this was the first time we brought together both groups at the same time for a weeklong intensive to discuss leadership strategies and the future of our company.
Getting everyone in the same room was a tremendous benefit for Sargent, as we talked about what we stand for as a company, our philosophy on growing and developing the business, and aligning all of our activities with our core mission and values. It was worth every penny, as our superintendents and foremen helped us expand our thinking about how we can maximize the value we provide to every Sargent stakeholder.
