Under direct supervision, perform any number of manual/physical tasks required for the completion of construction projects.

Physical Requirements: Stand or walk frequently and for long durations, Manual dexterity and the ability to use hands and arms to grasp, reach for, handle and assemble or manipulate objects, Lift and carry materials and tools weighing up to 50 pounds, Climb up and down ladders and other objects, Stoop, kneel, crouch and crawl in construction areas, including confined spaces, Rake, shovel, and dig with hand tools, Operate vibratory equipment such as tamps, See (naturally or with correction), Hear (naturally or with correction) on sites where the hearing of backup alarms or other sounds may be required, Meet the physical requirements necessary to safely and effectively perform assigned duties for up to 12 hours a day in hot and cold weather conditions.

Provides overall on-site administrative and technical management on an assigned construction project site, including the scheduling, coordination, supervision, and safety of all activities.

Position requires thorough knowledge of all aspects of earthwork construction including the use of technology, equipment, construction methods, engineering drawings and methods, cost control, and scheduling.  A four-year degree in engineering or construction management or equivalent combination of technical training and/or related experience is required.  Excellent communication, organizational and supervisory skills are essential.  Experience with OSHA and MSHA regulations required.  Minimum of five to seven years of earthwork construction experience required.  EOE.  Click here to apply.

NEW!  Heavy Equipment Operators – Bulldozers, Excavators, Loaders, Rollers

Operate one of several types of power construction equipment such as backhoe, bulldozer, excavator, front end loader, roller, skidsteer or tractor to excavate, move and grade earth and install structures.

Our projects are wide spread requiring the ability and willingness to travel as necessary.   Some operators work in one department/division, whereas others are transferred between departments/divisions, from task to task or from project to project according to the availability of work or on a seasonal basis.  Must be willing to work in a team environment and labor as needed.  Minimum of five to seven years of operator experience in an earthwork environment required.  EOE.  Click here to apply.

Identify, Adjust and Repair Equipment and Vehicles.
