We engage in daily safety task assessments, weekly safety meetings, and annual training sessions to ensure our team is prepared for the challenges inherent in our work. Our efforts have earned us numerous safety awards, but more importantly, have kept our team safe and prepared to tackle our work with confidence. That is why we have implemented a ZERO ACCIDENTS PROGRAM - to help promote and remind all Sargent Corporation employees of our goal each and every day.

Sargent Corporation's concern for their employee family goes beyond the jobsite. In March 2007, Sargent Corporation implemented a new Wellness Program called “Dig in for Health” which promotes wellness to its employees and their spouses. This voluntary program is to provide valuable information and resources to those who choose to pursue healthier lifestyle choices.
