Description/Significance
The work consists of 200,000 cy of common borrow, 90,000 cy of low-perm clay, 1,012,000 sf of 60 mil liner, 1,882,000 sf of 16 oz. Geotextile, and 120,000 tn of leachate collection aggregate, 10,000 lf of HDPE leachate collection pipe.
