Description/Significance
This 20 acre retail site is being developed to house two hotels and future building sites. Overall, the project required 45,000 cubic yards of excavation, 2 foot undercut on city roadways, and demolition of an existing building. Sargent is also responsible for all the utilities, stone base, curb and gutter, and asphalt paving including:
3,000 feet of drainage pipe
1,500 feet of sanitary sewer
1,900 feet of water line
2 ponds for water storage
5,200 tons of stone base
4,750 feet of curb & gutter
15,776 square yards of paving
