Description/Significance
Project included:
Clearing the 23 acre site, installation of erosion control measures. 30,000 yards of fill brought in, and removal of 30,000 yards of excess topsoil.

Excavation and installation of stone pad for the base of the retaining wall.

Construction of an off-site wetlands mitigation area.

Installation of storm drainage piping and collection systems.

Reconstruction of an existing retention pond on site.
